Privacy Policy

The default mode of every browser-based tool runs inside your web browser using local processing (Web Workers, OPFS, and IndexedDB). When you use these tools, your PDF and its contents are never transmitted to us or any third party. They stay on your device.

• The contents of files you process with our browser-based tools.
• The contents of files for anonymous use that never leave your device.
• Behavioral tracking or advertising profiles on the free tier.

We collect the minimum needed to operate the service:

• Account information: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile identifier from Google to create and identify your account.
• Server Mode files (optional): if you choose the opt-in Server Mode for operations the browser cannot perform (e.g. OCR, Office conversion, very large files), the relevant file is uploaded over an encrypted connection, processed, and then deleted shortly after — typically within 24 hours.
• Operational data: basic logs such as request timestamps, error reports, and aggregate usage counts, used to keep the service reliable and secure.
• Communications: if you email us, we keep that correspondence to respond to you.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To process Server Mode operations you explicitly request.
• To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and protect the service.
• To respond to your support or privacy requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contents of your files for advertising or to train models.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the service. These may include Google (sign-in), a cloud object-storage provider for Server Mode files, an email delivery provider, and error-monitoring tooling. Each processes data only as needed to provide its function and under its own terms.

Account information is kept while your account is active. Server Mode files are deleted shortly after processing, typically within 24 hours. Operational logs are retained for a limited period for security and reliability, then discarded or anonymized.

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for stored files, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but the browser-first design means that for most operations there is simply nothing for us to expose.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard, or contact us to make a request.

creatorr.tech is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
